This video is a true labour of love, born out of pure enthusiasm for the music of Diary of Dreams. Together with a friend, I created this fan video for the song The Valley after being deeply moved by one of the band’s concerts. The song’s melancholic atmosphere and emotional depth inspired us to craft a visual accompaniment that captures and enhances its mood.
To our greatest surprise and joy, the band not only saw our video (yes, we actually sent it by post back then!) but even reached out to us personally. Adrian Hates, the lead singer of Diary of Dreams, invited us to meet him – a moment we will never forget!
Today, our video is featured on the official Diary of Dreams YouTube channel – a small but, for us, truly significant reminder of how passion and creativity can make an impact.
