“In this illustration, I sought to depict the tragic confrontation of two worlds and two fates that were once inseparably connected. Two sisters, now torn apart in a post-apocalyptic future by their allegiance to opposing worlds. On one side, the nomadic warriors of a decaying Earth; on the other, the cold, machine- and AI-controlled cyberpunk societies. Their worldviews and their new families, visible in the background, have become the enemies of one another – forcing the sisters to fight in a war between two worlds. The scene was designed to convey the deep tragedy of their separation and the painful inevitability of this conflict, as the love and bond they once shared are shattered by the harsh realities of their new lives.”
