This illustration captures a pivotal moment in his story, shaped by loss, hope, and unfulfilled dreams. It also serves as the cover for a graphic novel I’m currently working on, revisiting and sharing his story with the world. Jaquar remains a deeply connected character for me, one whose tale continues to inspire me again and again.”
